Information (INFO)
A no-answer question type used to display instructions, section breaks, disclaimers, or thank-you messages.
INFO is a special question type that shows information only — it doesn't collect an answer. Use it for survey intros, section breaks, disclaimers, and thank-you screens.
When to use it
- A survey-wide introduction (purpose, expected duration, incentives)
- Section dividers with instructions ("The next section asks about your recent usage")
- Disclaimers or terms of service
- Thank-you messages and next-step directions
Display format
- A rich text block
- Supports headings, paragraphs, lists, and links
- Images can be attached (optional)
Configuration
- Title
- Body — multiple paragraphs, lists, links
- Image attachment (optional)

Notes
- INFO questions have no answer and are excluded from tabulation
- Skip logic and display conditions can still be applied, the same as any other question
