Encryption in transit
All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3 — from survey uploads to response submissions, your data cannot be intercepted by third parties.

Data protection at rest
Data is stored in a managed database with disk-level encryption. Row Level Security ensures only authorized users can access each record.

Authentication & access control
Email + password sign-in with optional one-time password (OTP) two-factor authentication. Sessions are protected via JWT + HttpOnly cookies, and access is enforced per project across four roles: owner, admin, editor, and viewer.

Response data isolation
Each project's responses are logically isolated and inaccessible to other projects or teams. Minimal access metadata (e.g. IP addresses) is collected solely for fraud detection — never to identify individual respondents.

AI processing privacy
Survey parsing is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Per Anthropic's policy, submitted data is never used to train AI models. Parsing happens in real time and is not retained externally.

Infrastructure
Our database is hosted on a reliable cloud platform in the Japan region. The application is delivered via a global CDN for fast worldwide access.

Data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and survey data at any time. Operations follow the principles of Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).
