Account Setup

This page explains how to create a kicue account and sign in.

Creating an account

1. Open https://kicue.com and click Start for free
2. Enter the following
   • Email address
   • Password (8 characters or more; a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended)
3. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
4. Click Create account
5. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided
6. Click the Verify your email link in the email to activate your account

Signing in

kicue uses email + password + one-time password (OTP) two-factor authentication.

1. Open https://kicue.com/login
2. Enter your email and password, then click Next
3. A six-digit OTP is sent to your email
4. Enter the OTP and click Log in
5. You will be redirected to the dashboard

OTPs expire 10 minutes after issue. If you do not receive one, check your spam folder.

Forgot your password

1. On the sign-in screen, click Forgot your password?
2. Enter your registered email address and submit
3. Click the reset link in the email that follows
4. Set a new password and sign in

Security recommendations

• Do not reuse passwords from other services
• Sign out of kicue on public devices
• If you receive any suspicious messages that look like account takeover attempts, contact us immediately via the contact form
